The first time I heard about Acai berry, I was doubtful but as I have researched and read about the testimonies of others, I'm quite convinced with this powerful berry. Let's review why it is used for weight loss and how to use it in order to achieve a healthy body.
Acai berry belongs to Palm tree family. It is native and abundant in Central and South America where it's a predominant part of the local people’s food consumption. Acai berry boomed in the market when it was featured in Oprah Winfrey’s show. It was considered a wonder berry because it offers several health benefits such as anti-aging, weight loss and is also effective for maintaining a healthy body. After its exposure in Oprah’s show, several acai berry products have already bombarded the health and fitness market.
